One of the many sheets of papers that I went through over the weekend had a title heading "PMC's Governing Philosophy"

PMC is a "not for profit" organisation set up primarily as an educational institution to serve the entire community. Any profit that is derived from its operation will be reinvested in the college to improve facilities and provide scholarships to students.

I wonder if moving the library and student centre to a smaller area is part of that philosophy?
