When life becomes too easy

When life becomes too easy you never learn to live -
Never learn to struggle, never have to give - everything
that's in you to make and pay your way - filling every
minute of a full lenght day...... Pity then the youngsters.
whose blessings freely fall - for the State. They miss so
much: the greatest thrill of all - the thrill of independence
that develops character - Ambition as the stimulant,
Adversity the spur.

When life is made too cosy a bore it soon becomes.
There is not much flavour in the unearned plums. Only that
which costs you an effort to possess - yields the satisfaction
of pride and hapiness...... when life becomes
too easy, a dead-end path it seems. No lovely peak to strive
for; no point in dreaming dreams - it's the daily challenge
that difficulty brings - teaches self-reliance in big and little
things.


hello ppl....i'm back from my break in negeri sembilan... saw this mesterpiece posted somewhere there and thought it's quite true....don;t you agree?? Life is a journey..i wont start with my analogies but yeah....... i've decided to do some sharing on this blog.as such, i will (try) to post an article everyday bout inspirational stories, about life and stuff..... some may be taken from the days Self Empowerement Programme on Radio 4 everyday... some may be from the net.... just to share some thoughts with whoever is reading this ( if any at all)....send your comments to me( if you have any) and maybe we could discuss on it at further lenghts...cheers, Mark
