3)Wesleyan Freeman Asian Scholars Programme- rejected (expected)

I am sorry if I am bringing disappointing news, but I must tell you we cannot offer you a Freeman Asian Scholarship to attend Wesleyan University.
Nancy Hargrave Meislahn
Dean of Admission and Financial Aid

Though i've been prepared for this, i think that it still has dampened my Friday morning, ouch... nevertheless, Mark must always remember: I can do all things through Him who strenghtens me...

4) Harvard College- rejected (totally expected)

Dear Mr. Tan Kiak Min,
I am very sorry to inform you that it is not possible to offer you
admission to the Class of 2010. I wish I were writing to report a
different decision, but the competition was so rigorous this year that
there were many outstanding young men and women to whom we could not offer
places in the class.
William R. Fitzsimmons
Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid

this was just a shot...i guess it strayed off the target...

5) Macalester College- rejected (totally UNexpected)

After careful and thorough consideration of your application, the Admissions Committee has decided not to offer you admission to Macalester College. Please be assured that your application and supporting materials were considered with great care and attention. This is a process we take very seriously and the Committee did appreciate the interest you expressed in Macalester.

Lorne T. Robinson
Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid

I got rejected probably because of the amount of financial aid i needed. Another Malaysian has been offered a full ride this year at Mac. Still, this was totally unexpected...i now need to retreat into silence for a bit after 3 rejection sin one day.

6) Grinnell College- waitlisted (utter bollocks!!!)

more to come from the email...which hasnt been sent out yet...

7) Georgetown University- Rejected

8) Princeton University- Rejected

I guess Colorado College is a great college if you dont mind the location and the block plan. Haha, I dont exactly like that (the block plan). I cant imagine seeing my professor (especially a nasty one) every day, for the next three months. ;)
