So anyway, to the point I was trying to make in this blog...
5 years ago on this very day, I visited Seremban for the first time. It was a very exciting trip for me as I was to attend the ordination of a very good friend, mentor, "godfather" and travelling companion, Rev Dionysius Mathews and his classmate Rev Julian Leow.
5 years have flown by, and they celebrate their 5th Sacerdotal Ordination Anniversary, please keep these two youthful (not really, one is already over 40) priests in your prayers, that God may continue to bless them abundantly for answer His call to labour in the vineyard.
Just a little history about these two men of God. Rev. Fr. Julian was a surveyor who had pursued his education in Australia before answering his calling, he has since returned from studies in Taiwan and is presently the Parish Priest of the Church of the Holy Family in Kajang and is also overseeing the new Putrajaya Catholic Church Project.
Fr. Dionysius (or Danny as he is popularly known as) on the other hand, has held postings in Klang before leaving for India to pursue studies and in Tampin after returning. He is presently Parish Priest of St. Paul the Hermit in Kuala Kubu Baru. I have had the privilege to stay with him at Tampin and KKB when I was back home in Malaysia.
To these two priests, AD MULTOS ANNOS... Happy 5th Anniversary...

The modern monstrosity that Julian is building is Putrajaya is a scar on the face of the earth. With all the classical, beautifully constructed buildings there, this one will lower the property value and severely screw up the ambiance.
oh well, at least he is doing something.. maybe they should have put Michael Cheah in charge? But anyway, I think Julian is one of the most qualified for the job.
