Espiscopal Ordinations in contrast

As some of you will have known already, the new Diocese of Sandakan was erected on October 15th, 2007 and her first bishop, Bishop Julius Dusin Gitom was duly ordained and installed.

I was watching the YouTube video of the ordination ceremony, and after that I got directed to another video of the episcopal ordination of Bishop Derek Fernandez of India, and what a contrast it was, you'll understand if you watch the video until the END...

Well, if you still haven't noticed it, besides the size of bishop-elects, was that the security at the Malaysian ordination was very relaxed, and everyone was allowed to move about freely while the one in India, was of course much tighter, sometimes I wonder if it was a military parade or an ordination.
