A New Series in the making...

Last night, I was thinking about my blogs’ and what I should be posting on them when I had an Epiphany. The month of October is coming to end soon, and this will mark the end of my first month as a second year medical student.

Life in medical school is always busy. Contrary to what others may say, it is always busy. When you are not busy studying, you will be busy doing something else, whatever that something else is- partying, taking a well or not so well deserved rest, surfing the internet, talking to friends or even searching Wikipedia for more information.

For me, I would like to think that I see my life in medical school in a different perspective from the conventional medical student. I was also thinking, that it would be a waste if I did not share my experiences with other people. I have thus decided to attempt to start a new discipline, by posting a week to week review of my life here in Dublin.

Publishers of medical books often trick medical students into buying many books because they publish the same books in different versions- some may be the full version, another the abridged version, and another may be the concise version, and another may be a pocket handbook of what is essentially the same content. In the same way, due to totally different reasons, a full account will be posted on my Krammed & Marked Naked blog, which has restricted access, and an abbreviated version (much like the abstract of a research paper) will be posted on my ™Ŵί£ЃЇάЩ'07 blog. If any event is related to college life or religion, then a link will be added to the appropriate blogs. I hope to be able to publish the account of the week by Sunday night, but may sometimes be delayed. If I am, do drop me a note to kick-start my brain.

Because I am only just starting this now, and a whole month has gone by, I will be writing a review of the whole month of October later on in the week, and if I find it helpful, I may publish a separate monthly review.

Do look forward to the first entry soon…
