the truest post eveer... haha.. we all feel that.. it's something that has haunted me particularly the past few years.. but we learn to love each other, friends, family and everything, but still.. :)
I guess it depends on how you grow. Normally, if it's sideways, it does not hurt at all. =)
Actually, the problem with growth is that it involves change, and not all change is for the better. Changing is hard and involves letting go of long held and long cherished beliefs. These paradigm shifts makes one lose one's footing as the ground we're on starts to move, setting us a drift. That's why you need to be grounded in God, not as a theological concept to be grasped with, but as a Person who is there for you and holding you. Only then, with that assurance and an anchor on the Rock, can you change without being overwhelmed.

well I'm starting to train myself to live a solitary and simple life this year... it should be interesting and difficult at the same time
