On the other hand, it would not have been ready before Christmas anyway...
I've been travelling quite a bit this past holidays and I've tried to take some pictures of cribs along the way, and want to share them with whoever reads this blog...
Some of the cribs are nice, but some of them are not so...
If you do not see the three kings, that should be correct, if you do see them, then someone made a mistake, the reason being that the three kings are only traditionally added to the cribs on the feast of the Epiphany, which falls on January 6, today...
This picture was taken on Christmas morning, the babe all wrapped in swaddling cloth, in Clacton-on-Sea, England.

The crib placed inside St. Mary's Pro-cathedral, Dublin, awaiting the Messiah...

NO Jesus yet in the Notre Dame, Paris

...even though the three kings are approaching fast form the other way.

The crib placed in the middle of Edinburgh...

This crib in Co. Londonderry in Northern Ireland had Jesus born prematurely...

Check out the parish crib and my home crib.
Hello Mark,
I visit your blog occasionally, but Andrew has reminded me to check it out again.
You are doing what my Dad did, many years ago; leave Penang to study medicine in Dublin!
Best wishes for the new term!
