At the turn of the year...

2008 has been a truly wonderful and hectic year for me. I welcomed in the New Year in London before flying back on New Year's Day to Dublin. Since then, travelling has been non-stop for me, and it has truly been a privilege. Here is an account of the places I have visited this year:

January- London, UK; Strasbourg, France; Barcelona, Spain.

February- Valencia, Santiago de Compostela & Madrid, Spain; Porto, Portugal; London, UK.

March- Cambridge & London, UK; Zurich, Switzerland; Rome & Assisi, Italy.

June- Istanbul, Turkey; Athens, Greece, Perigueux & Lourdes, France.

July- London, UK; Galway, Aran Islands, Cork & Kerry, Ireland.

August- Krakow, Poland; Berlin, Germany; Prague, Czech Republic; Vienna, Austria; Budapest, Hungary; Ljubljana & Bled, Slovenia; Split & Hvar, Croatia.

September- Ancona, Rome, Viterbo, Italy; London, Frinton-on-sea, UK.

November- Nottingham & Belfast, UK; Amsterdam, Netherlands.

December- Manchester, London, Clacton-on-sea, UK; Pisa, Rome & Assisi, Italy.

Looking forward to 2009- which will be a year of transition & change for me with my imminent homecoming.

May the good Lord continue to bless the coming year as he has the past. Te deum laudamus.
